What was on the floor

Council took up cancelling the Nov. 3 contests for District 5 and treasurer (Resolution 8024), direction on an ALPR vendor after Public Safety’s unanimous Aug 13 rec, a Tournament of Roses letter of intent for a ground lease at 435 S. Fair Oaks, Indiana Avenue design (+$384,640, NTE $917,199), OpenGov EAM to $926,264.56, and a $400,000 mobility / safety-plan RFP in study session. Closed session was existing litigation and the City Manager’s evaluation.

HdL’s public business directory is still 2,581 names (no additions overnight). PlanetBids still shows zero open bids. Accela leftovers on Mission Street are unchanged. OpenGov’s public portal still requires a login to see individual permit records.
